About the Netti pot: My daughter has severe allergies and the doctor has been trying to get her to use it for years. She could never get used to the salt water running down her nasal passages. Out of desperation, I ordered a Himalayan Salt Inhaler. You breathe it in through the mouth and Voila! it works just as well as the Netti (I've tried both) and no more tears about yucky water running down your throat. It lasts for years and is easy to use regularly. Hope this is helpful to someone.

I have, for the first time, (being on a GF diet for about 2 years) tried certified organic rolled oats for breakfast and as yet had no problems. I am not celiac, only GF intolerant and must admit I had missed my porriage in the mornings. Breakfasts had always been a problem for me especially in the cold mornings. There are only so many eggs one can tolerate in a week.

Hi Sherri,

It still hurts, doesn't it? I'm sorry that you had a tough day. I didn't realize you had cared for your dad in his final days. I would try googling "grief support + your city, state" and see what comes up. Are you anywhere near Clinton Twp? If you are, it looks like they have some grief support offered by Hospice of Michigan and I think they have the same rule about anyone can participate.

You can also check with a local funeral home or library and see if they have any resources or community groups they can direct you to.

Sending you lots of loving thoughts.

Take care,
Donna
